On April Fool’s Day, 1970 Norman Pease, the man pictured on the left, purchased 1200 acres of land. Since then he’s acquired 450 acres, created several damns, lakes, roads, fence lines, homed a variety of animals including peacocks and pigme goats. He has planted apples, pumpkins, corn, pomogranites, and more. Norm calls himself retired however he still frequents the ranch about 3 to 4 times a week.
